Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of tracereach.org, Campaign Studio, and the TraceReach field app provided by TraceReach LLC ("TraceReach," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using TraceReach, you agree to these Terms. If you are using TraceReach on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use TraceReach. If you use TraceReach on behalf of an organization, you are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with your organization's policies and authority structure.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Permitted use
You may use TraceReach only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.
4. Prohibited use
You may not:
- Misuse the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
- Use TraceReach to violate the rights or privacy of others
5. Customer content
You retain rights to the content and materials you submit to TraceReach. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to operate and improve the service.
6. Beta and availability
Some features or products may be offered in beta, limited access, or preview form. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
7. Fees
If paid plans or services are offered, pricing, billing terms, and payment obligations will be described separately at the time of purchase or in a written agreement.
8. Intellectual property
TraceReach and its software, branding, and content other than customer content are owned by TraceReach LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimers
TraceReach is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis except as otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TraceReach LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to use of TraceReach.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or where required by law. You may stop using the service at any time.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
