Guerrilla Marketing Tracking

Track the guerrilla campaign your own team puts up.

TraceReach pins every poster, sticker, stencil, and flyer to the place and day it went up, with a GPS-locked photo. Your whole guerrilla marketing campaign fills in on one map, and where a piece carries a QR code, scans read back to the design and spot that earned them.

Agencies that run wildposting campaigns hand clients a proof-of-posting photo deck. TraceReach builds that record for your own crew: each canvasser logs a Drop with a GPS-locked photo the moment a piece goes up, and the photo, place, date, and design pin to one shared map. Plan the run, verify it happened, and hand anyone who asks a dated, located record of the whole campaign, in-house or with whatever agency you already work with.

“What is up right now, and where?”

A GPS-locked photo behind every drop

The moment a poster, sticker, or stencil goes up, the canvasser logs a Drop: the photo locks to its coordinates, and the place, date, and design stamp onto the record. A wild posting run with no QR code earns the same record, so the map holds the whole campaign, including pieces that fade or get torn down.

“Which corners respond?”

Read the scans back to the design and spot

Where a piece carries a QR code, each scan ties to the drop behind it. A heat overlay shows which corners draw scans and which stay quiet, design compares against design, and a QR code that goes silent tells you the piece is probably gone. You decide what to reprint and where the next run goes on numbers, not a hunch.

Pins: plan the run, assign it, watch coverage fill in

Your canvassers work as a street team, and Pins are how you route them: mark a corner on the map, name it, assign it to someone. Each assigned Pin turns into a verified drop as the team moves, so you see who has covered what on one shared map instead of chasing a group chat.
