Delete Your Account

You can delete your account from inside the TraceReach Drop app, from TraceReach Studio, or by emailing us.

In the TraceReach Drop app

Delete your account and data directly from the app:

  1. Open TraceReach Drop.
  2. Tap the Settings (gear) icon on the main screen.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings panel.
  4. Choose the option you want:
    • Delete account: permanently deletes your account and removes your personal information. The drops you recorded are kept, without your identity, for the organizations you contributed to.
    • Delete all my data: permanently erases everything, including your account and every drop, pin, and mission record. This cannot be undone.
  5. Confirm when prompted. You are asked to confirm twice, then signed out once it completes.

In TraceReach Studio (web)

If you use TraceReach Studio, you can delete your account directly from your profile page.

Open TraceReach Studio → My Profile

Request deletion by email

If you can’t log in or prefer to email us, send a request to privacy@tracereach.org with:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • Your organization name
  • Which product(s) you used (TraceReach Studio, TraceReach Drop, or both)

What happens next

Deleting from the app or from TraceReach Studio takes effect right away. If you email us instead, we verify your identity and process the request within 30 days. Either way, deletion is subject to any legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational retention requirements described in our Privacy Policy.

Delete account removes your account credentials, profile, and personal information, and keeps the drops you recorded without your identity for the organizations you contributed to. Delete all my data additionally removes every drop, pin, and mission record tied to your account. In both cases, organization-level campaign data, aggregated scan data, and data already shared with your organization may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
