Delete Your Account
You can delete your account yourself, or email us to request deletion.
Self-service deletion
If you have access to Campaign Studio, you can delete your account directly from the settings page.
Open Campaign Studio → My ProfileRequest deletion by email
If you can’t log in or prefer to email us, send a request to privacy@tracereach.org with:
- The email address associated with your account
- Your organization name
- Which product(s) you used (Campaign Studio, the field app, or both)
What happens next
We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days. Once processed, we will delete or de-identify the personal data associated with your account, subject to any legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational retention requirements described in our Privacy Policy.
Deletion covers your account credentials, profile information, and personal data tied to your use of TraceReach. Organization-level campaign data, aggregated scan data, and data shared with your organization may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
